Joel was a man who found joy in life's simple moments. He loved surfing, fishing, and watching a good ball game. Joel Shandrick is survived by his wife of 52 years, Wanda Shandrick, their 4 kids: Lisa Quiroz, Laura Bailey, Sarah Fish, and Joshua Shandrick. His 5 granddaughters are Kiah Cabulagan, Sophia Shandrick, Ashley Shandrick, Gabrielle Fish, and Taylor Shandrick.
